Private Lessons with Sherryl
Sherryl
Sherryl started playing piano by ear at the age of 4. Her mom was her first teacher. She continued to advance her piano lessons with successive teachers until she completed her BS degree, majoring in Music Education and Piano, and minoring in Voice from the Conservatory of Music at Sagrado Corazon de Jesus University.
Throughout her youth, she was a church pianist. During high school and college, she taught music to younger children. Additionally, she played in concerts, formal gatherings, hotels, and restaurants. She was also an accompanist in several choral competitions and occasionally played with members of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra.
She earned extra credits through continuing education at New York University and Mannes College of Music under the tutelage of Dr. Fabio Gardenal. She also conducted numerous piano and voice recitals at Steinway Hall in New York City.
